The NEXT Law Office was a competition project for Steelcase, inspired by their brand idea and commitment to adaptability. Rooted in the concept of migration—both natural and human—the design responds to Los Angeles’ history as a destination shaped by movement. The Yellow Warbler, a bird that travels the Pacific Flyway, became a guiding metaphor, merging LA’s linear urban grid with the fluid paths of migration. This interplay informed a flexible yet structured visual language, expressed through a chartreuse and burgundy-plum palette that balances energy with depth, creating a workplace that feels dynamic, connected, and composed.
